How do I create a MatchPay Account?

A MatchPay account can be created right from the Joe Fortune cashier:

Select MatchPay from your list of available payment methods and from the MatchPay window that appears, click ‘Join Now’.
Enter your first and last names along with your date of birth in the fields provided.
Create a case-sensitive username and enter the email address registered to your Joe Fortune account.
To notify you, and also to increase your chances of making a faster match, enter your phone number to be notified by SMS text of a trade.
You'll also need to create a case-sensitive password for your account's security.
Authenticate your phone number by entering the verification code received by SMS text after clicking 'Create Account'.
MatchPay will also send an email to the address you provided; click the link therein to activate your MatchPay account. Check your spam or junk mail folder if it's not in your inbox.
Your MatchPay and Joe Fortune accounts are now linked. Securely buy a deposit by creating an Order or sell a withdrawal by creating an Offer.

Important Reminders:

MatchPay users transfer funds using PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Chime and CashApp; the more of these payment methods you have, the greater the chance of matching you with users ready to trade.
Your MatchPay credit balance cannot be sent directly to your personal bank account.
Your MatchPay Credit Balance reflects beneath the withdrawable balance listed on your Jor Fortune account. Just click the profile icon at the top of any page.
